At Private Blends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance experience. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully place the original, unopened product in its luxury packaging and use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
